This facility provides a searchable version of the full text of The Hunting of the Snark accompanied by various analyses including a word concordance. The site also includes information about Henry Holiday’s illustrations and comprehensive listings of editions and illustrators from 1876 to the present date.
This facility was one of the early sections of Lewis Carroll Resources to be developed, being first made available around 2015. It is currently going through an overhaul which may mean some facilities change in functionality and location. As 2026 progresses the resource will become stable, more extensive and easier to use.
